Clear product, purchasing and service information for TRUCKEARTH customers.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the product must be unused, uninstalled, complete and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom-made products, products modified after delivery and clearance items marked final sale are not returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
Start a return
- Email zealousyh@truckearth.com with the order number, product, reason and supporting photos where relevant.
- Wait for a return authorization and the correct return address. The address depends on the order fulfillment origin.
- Pack the product securely and use a trackable service.
Returns sent without authorization, or to a manufacturer or dealer not listed in the authorization, may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping and refunds
The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. TRUCKEARTH covers reasonable return shipping when we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective or different from the accepted order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Financial institutions may need additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges and cancellations
Contact support for an exchange. An order may be cancelled before fulfillment begins; after dispatch, the return process applies. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
